This day will give us the opportunity to be our full authentic selves, taking off all our other “life” hats, enabling us to fully rediscover the core person who is centre to our world.

This male only environment has been created allowing us to support each other’s journeys, goals and challenges, personally or professionally!

As an accredited coach, I am blessed to work with some amazing people, male and female, however, this one is for the blokes, because I feel we don’t do this enough, men need to be given the opportunity to walk the path of self-exploration, that is the point of coaching and that is a purpose of this day! I will provide a structure, guidance, and accountability, giving you a safe space to start unpacking your true emotions and explore solutions that will lead to more balance and fulfilment.

Let’s explore – the good and the challenging – the men I coach find that they’re able to reconnect with themselves and leave feeling more positive, with clarity of how they want to move forward.

The day will be a perfect opportunity to step off your treadmill and also reflect on your own wellbeing whilst networking with likeminded men.

Through the day will explore your goals, beliefs and values plus a whole lot more, using a range of tools to help you overcome the internal obstacles that may be holding you back!

There will be fun, laughter and maybe even tears along the way but the environment will be a safe one to let you express your true self!
