Building Health Through Community: The Be Plan

By Rowena Wakefield of The Be Plan

In today’s busy world, many people are looking for more than just another diet or fitness programme. They want support, education, accountability, and a real sense of community while improving their health and wellbeing. That’s exactly what we’ve created through the Be Plan.

The Be Plan focuses on building sustainable healthy habits across nutrition, movement, mindset, sleep, hydration and lifestyle balance. It’s not about quick fixes — it’s about helping people feel better, function better and create long-term change.

At the heart of the Be Plan is its community. Participants often share how supported, motivated and less alone they feel. It brings together people from all walks of life, all working towards improving their health in a positive and realistic way.

We also see powerful input from a wide range of health and wellness professionals involved in the community, including nutritionists, nurses, pharmacists, midwives, fitness professionals, dentists and sports coaches. This shared expertise helps strengthen education, support and guidance within the group.

A key part of the Be Plan includes wholefood fruit, vegetable and berry capsules designed to help bridge the gap between ideal intake and modern-day diets, supporting people as they improve their overall nutrition.

Alongside this, we run practical, hands-on support such as “salad in a jar” workshops and 30-day reset programmes, offering both group accountability and optional 1-1 support to help people build simple, sustainable habits.

The results have been incredibly positive, with participants reporting improved energy, stronger immunity, better sleep, improved routines and greater overall wellbeing. Many also find renewed motivation and confidence through being part of a supportive community.

Ultimately, the Be Plan is about progress, not perfection — small, consistent changes supported by the right people and environment.
