This programme is based on my two years of successful 1:1 business strategy & coaching and my 27 years of starting, scaling and selling my own businesses.

It starts with a 360 business appraisal looking at where you are and where you want to be, after which we put your growth plan in place.

In the first three months we accelerate your business growth with weekly online Boardroom Sessions covering everything from mindset to sales.

The next three months are all about consolidation where those sessions are masterclasses from industry experts. At the end of six months we have a two day in person event in the Cotswolds.

The next six months are all about support and mentoring to help you hit all those targets.
