Introducing Her Edge: A New Alpine Experience Designed for Female Founders To Meet At The Edge

A new kind of retreat experience for female founders is launching this May and it has nothing to do with retreating.

Her Edge is a four-night alpine experience in the French Alps, created for accomplished women who don’t need motivation — they need space. Space to think clearly, challenge their assumptions, and decide what’s next for their business and themselves.

Co-created by Jenni Tricklebank, founder of Nimble & Wild and the space: at 2a, and Sara Harrod, Brand and Marketing Consultant and founder of No Name. Extra Brain. and Nook & Huddle, Her Edge brings together movement, headspace and meaningful connection in a setting designed to unlock clarity.

“Women don’t need more noise or more information, they need headspace, time and the right room,” says Sara Harrod. “Her Edge is about creating that room.”

Set against the backdrop of the French Alps, the experience combines morning ski lessons for all abilities with structured, self-guided business conversations in the afternoons, designed around three core stages: Clarity, Challenge and Inspiration.

Participants will:

• Set meaningful goals for the year ahead
• Work through real business challenges with a curated group of peers
• Gain perspective through honest, experience-led conversations

But it’s not just the sessions that matter.

“When you step away from the noise, no inboxes, no constant demands, something shifts,” says Jenni Tricklebank. “Movement, fresh air and shared experience create the kind of headspace that’s hard to find anywhere else.”

Her Edge was born from a simple but powerful observation: too few women give themselves permission to step away and properly think. Not because they lack ambition or capability, but because they struggle to justify the time and space.

This experience reframes that.

It is not about escaping life.
It is about meeting yourself at the edge of it.

The inaugural Her Edge, Ski Edition will take place from Tuesday 12th January to Saturday 16th January 2027, with limited places available to ensure a curated and considered group dynamic.
