HollyBirdVA Marks One Year in Business!

Well, that went quickly! It’s hard to believe it’s been a year since the launch of HollyBirdVA! I’m really pleased with how the business has developed in that time and am so grateful to all of our clients and associates for being part of that.

We’ve helped clients with a bunch of time-consuming tasks including support with communications, project management, spreadsheet creation, social media content creation, creation of marketing materials, minute-taking, newsletter creation, event planning and so on. We love the satisfaction of being able to put our skills to good use and provide our clients with quality services, affording them with some stress relief and allowing them more free time.

First year wins:

• Taking on the first few clients
• Expanding to become an agency and finding some fabulous talent
• Meeting so many lovely people and making useful connections through networking
• Learning quite a few new techie skills

Goals for the next year:

There are always lots of areas to improve. Some the main KPIs I’m hoping to achieve are:

• Take on more associates to grow our service offering and support VAs who struggle to market themselves
• Continue to improve the quality of our services through continuous professional development
• Continue to expand our client base
