How’s your 2026 health kick going?

How’s your 2026 health kick going? …and what if it’s time to rethink the whole thing?

We’re into January, and already the cracks might be showing.

That burst of New Year motivation is starting to fade. The morning walks, skipped more than once? The “clean eating” plan…getting a little hazy around the edges?

You’re not alone.

We start the year revved up, full of good intentions, only to find ourselves quietly slipping back into old rhythms, often with a side of guilt or self-blame.

What if your 2026 health kick isn’t failing because you are?

What if the model itself is broken?

Most of what we’re told about health, fitness, and feeling good is designed to spike motivation…not sustain momentum. Extremes at every end of the spectrum. Carb free, high intensity exercise, low fat, train to failure!

It’s loud, rigid and demands perfection.

It rarely accounts for stress, hormones, ageing joints, emotional load, or, you know… actual real life.

Long-term health doesn’t come from a short burst in the midst of winter, when all of nature is resting!

It comes from consistency and consistency only sticks when it actually feels good!

Because what’s the point of a plan that works for 3 weeks… if it leaves you even more disconnected from your body than when you started?

Here’s my 2 pence worth! Health isn’t a finish line. It’s not a January thing. And it’s not about fixing what’s “wrong.”

It’s about building a body and nervous system that feel resilient, capable, and responsive..in the life you actually live.

If that sounds like a refreshing shift, I’ve put together a FREE straight-talking bingeable course in my Skool community.

“How to Age Like a Strong, Happy Hippy.” – because if you know me…you’ll know I AM a massive hippy – and a British Champion Powerlifter – so it seemed like an apt title!

Inside you get my unique framework for truly making changes to your health stick along with a free strength workout and tricks and tips for nutrition that actually fuels a phenomenal life!

You can grab it here:

This isn’t about being “good” or “disciplined.”

It’s about creating momentum that feels like you want to keep going…not because you have to, but because your body finally feels like a good place to be.
