Mapelio Launches Personalised Map Maker: Put Any Place in the World on Your Wall

Mapelio, the Cotswolds-based fine art map studio has launched a new interactive tool that lets customers design a fully personalised custom map of any location on earth: Framed, museum-grade-prints, and delivered worldwide.

Since its founding in 2020, Mapelio has built a reputation for cartographic artwork that sits just as comfortably in a country house drawing room as in a contemporary city apartment. The studio’s range of contour maps, fine art travel posters, and limited-edition prints has attracted a global following. With the launch of its Personalised Map Maker, Mapelio is giving customers the tools to create something entirely their own.

The new personalisation app, which went live in June 2026, allows users to search any location in the world using an interactive location finder, select from over 50 style and colour combinations, and add personalised text, all within a live preview environment before committing to a purchase. The finished map is printed on museum-grade paper and available either as a fine art print or ready-framed, with free delivery to the UK, USA, Australia, and the EU. Prices start from £28.

For Mapelio founder Monty Beaumont (the former army officer who exchanged his commission for a studio in the Cotswolds), the launch marks a natural extension of the brand’s core ambition: to make the places that matter to people as beautiful on the wall as they are in memory.
