Hi, I’m Anita Rasheva, founder of AD Accounting & Business Solutions Ltd, a multi-award-winning accountancy practice helping business owners across the UK build profitable, tax-efficient businesses.
My journey into accountancy is a little different. Before moving to the UK, I worked as a Tax Inspector for the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency. Today, as a licensed AAT accountant and business adviser, I combine that insider knowledge with practical commercial experience to help business owners navigate the complexities of tax, compliance, and growth.
At AD Accounting, we support everyone from ambitious start-ups and sole traders to established limited companies, property investors, and growing businesses. While we take care of the essentials—accounts, tax returns, VAT, payroll, bookkeeping, and company compliance—our real passion is helping clients make informed decisions that improve profitability and reduce unnecessary tax.
