Mike has been with Begbies Traynor for over 4 years having previously worked in Bristo and Gloucester for both Leonard Curtis and Quantuma. With wide-ranging experience in corporate recovery and rescue, Mike has a solid background in advising clients on fundraising and refinancing across a broad range of industries and deal sizes.
Mike’s remit is to focus on sourcing reciprocal work for his accounting and legal contacts as well as invoice and asset-based financiers.
Begbies Traynor is the UK’s leading Corporate Rescue and Recovery practice. We are licensed insolvency practitioners and business rescue experts, specialising in turning around the fortunes of companies in financial distress.
Our Gloucester office is one of many regional offices across the UK, with 13 across the south west which includes Cheltenham, Bristol, Bath, Taunton and Exeter.
Mike and the rest of the Begbies Team have considerable expertise working with businesses of all sizes, in a variety of sectors, and can demonstrate an impressive track record in reviewing and restructuring businesses. Financial advisers can provide advice to a certain degree but are not in a position to undertake certain procedures that a licensed insolvency practitioner can handle.
We’ll ascertain where your company is at and talk you through a number of possible solutions before pinpointing the right plan of action. These services include – but are not limited to – company administration, company voluntary arrangements (CVAs), liquidations, factoring and invoice discounting. Our experienced advisors can also help if you’re being chased by creditors or facing tax problems with HMRC, or if you’ve been threatened with – or issued – a winding-up petition.
