I’m the Founder of Damonte AI, where I work with SME owners and directors to help them make practical, sensible use of AI in their businesses, without confusion, hype, or expensive false starts. Most leaders I speak to don’t lack ambition or curiosity around AI. What they often lack is clarity. They know it could save time, improve decision making, and streamline operations, but they are unsure where to start, what is realistic, and what is simply noise. That is where I come in.
My focus is not on tools for the sake of tools. It is on how businesses should be thinking about AI, how it fits into real world workflows, and how to avoid the common trap of buying off the shelf solutions that do not reflect how a business actually operates. Used properly, AI should support people and processes, not create more friction. Alongside consultancy, I run hands on AI workshops for non technical business owners and teams. These sessions are designed to demystify AI, show what it can and cannot do, and help people build bespoke use cases they can apply immediately in their day to day work.
Before specialising in AI, I spent many years running and managing businesses across different industries, which means I understand the realities of time pressure, margins, and leadership level decision making. I am known for being straight talking, pragmatic, and clear in my advice. If something is not right for your business, I will tell you.
Outside of work, discipline and continuous improvement have always been important to me. I have trained for many years in practical martial arts focused on everyday personal protection, under the guidance of an ex special forces instructor. That mindset carries through into how I approach both business and technology, calm under pressure, focused on fundamentals, and always working towards meaningful outcomes.
