Paula Benson is a designer, writer, content creator, and lifelong film and music enthusiast. She is the founder and editor of Film and Furniture, the ultimate online destination for uncovering the stories behind film décor and discovering where to find these pieces for your own home. What began as a passion project has grown into a global platform reaching over 420,000 people each month, with in-depth editorial features, a thriving online marketplace, vibrant social media channels, and a behind-the-scenes video podcast. Film and Furniture is also the exclusive source for the officially licensed The Shining Hicks Hexagon carpet and rugs.
Paula’s expertise has been featured in Financial Times Weekend, GQ, Architectural Digest, and The Hollywood Reporter. She has been invited to speak at film and design events worldwide and is currently working on a book exploring the hidden stories behind the furniture and interiors of film.
Before launching Film and Furniture, Paula co-founded the multi award-winning London design agency Form®, where she art-directed and designed for over 100 chart-topping music artists including Elbow, Depeche Mode, and Girls Aloud. Her portfolio also includes branding and design for Abbey Road Studios, Virgin Galactic, Adidas, as well as many major live events and music festivals.
