Ginger Health Coaching

I help people embrace life with energy, spirit and resilience.

We all go through times in life when things become overwhelming, we feel anxious or stressed. Whether it be due to work, relationships, life events or previous trauma. As a trauma informed somatic health and life coach I empower people to build foundations for health and healing, using a mind body approach so they can have more energy to do the things they want to do and thrive. We don’t have to live in survival mode, pushing through, existing on auto-pilot. There is another way.

My areas of specialism include stress, anxiety, trauma, disordered eating/eating disorders, perimenopause and menopause.

I work with individuals one to one via Zoom and have various self-study online courses. I also work with small to medium businesses to support holistic health and wellbeing in the workplace.
