I’m a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager specialising in high-end domestic new builds, refurbishments, and development projects. Over my career, I’ve delivered everything from multi-million-pound luxury homes to bespoke extensions, taking full ownership to ensure time, quality, and cost expectations are met throughout the complex construction process.
In 2020, I co-founded Prime DCM Ltd, a main contractor partnering with developers to bring their visions to life through a dynamic, systematic, and client-focused approach. Building on this success, in 2024 I launched Hartwick Ltd, a property development company specialising in luxury homes, sustainable builds, commercial conversions, and regeneration projects. We work collaboratively with investors, joint venture partners, and landowners to create innovative, high-quality developments that enhance communities and deliver exceptional living spaces.
