Lived Experience Inspires

Practical Mental Health Education & Training

Lived Experience Inspires (LEI) develops and delivers practical mental health education across healthcare, education and workplaces. Through lived experience-led learning and visual frameworks, I help people better understand mental health, wellbeing and changing capacity so they can recognise difficulties earlier, respond more effectively and help prevent overwhelm and burnout.

Built on more than 25 years of lived experience of complex mental and physical health conditions, together with years of delivering education to students, professionals and organisations, my work combines personal insight with evidence-informed education to deepen understanding, challenge perceptions and bring mental health to life in a meaningful and relatable way.

Whether through educational talks, teaching sessions or interactive workshops, my aim is to make mental health easier to understand, easier to talk about and easier to respond to, helping people recognise change earlier, respond with greater confidence and support more sustainable ways of working and living.
