I’m Samantha, founder of Magenta HR Consulting. I work with owner‑managed businesses, the ones without in‑house HR, when a staff situation starts getting serious and they’re not sure what to do next.
I’ve spent over 20 years handling high‑risk employee issues, and as a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD), I help business owners decide what to do, what to say, and how to handle things properly so the situation doesn’t escalate.
Most people call me when a staff issue is taking up headspace, distracting them from running the business, or starting to feel risky. That might be a complaint, performance not improving, absence dragging on, or something that feels like it might need to go formal.

Most of my clients use me as a sounding board when something crops up and they don’t want to get it wrong.
