To live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we think, feel and do relates to our wellbeing and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, feel energised and ensure a multitude of constant, positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness.

As women, our bodies are not made to withstand the amount of stress laid upon us on a daily basis. It’s a no wonder that we are anxious, overwhelmed, tired, snappy and lost. We are not the women we dreamed we would be. My goal is to help you find that woman. 

I have over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry alongside a 16-year career at Microsoft. With 3 children, the youngest of which I had when I was 40, I understand the load and how we put others wellbeing before our own wellness. I have helped over 400 women, directly, fall in love with strength training and I hope to help many of them and you, fall in love with living a life of optimal wellness, whilst still enjoying your favourite things. By enabling you to take control of your personal wellness , I believe that you will see improvements across all aspects of your life. My goal is for you to be happier in yourself, to raise your self-esteem, to feel energised, capable, and successful.
