I am a CIPD qualified HR business partner with a background in financial services, defence and engineering, utilities and telecoms and the third sector – having kicked off my HR career in a local radio station in 2006! Having worked in HR teams of every size and function including stand alone operations, I pride myself on being adaptable to my clients’ environments, being 100% commercial and getting to know their business quickly, to understand where I can add the most value to their organisation.
Orla HR provides outsourced HR support to SMEs across the Cotswolds, on a flexible “pay as you go”, retained and project basis. As a HR partner for Breathe, the UK’s market leader in HR systems for SMEs, I am also passionate about HR systems and data led decisions and solutions, implementing HR systems on both a one off and retained basis for clients.
I am based in Cirencester but provide HR support across the Cotswolds and the South West. Having relocated from London (and prior to this, my home town of Stoke on Trent), I am extremely passionate about the local area and feel privileged to be able to call this beautiful part of the world my home. I particularly enjoy the volume of independent businesses on our doorstep and the creatives that provide us with such beautiful art, craft, food and drink amongst other things and it’s a organisational commitment to give something back and helping local businesses to thrive.
