I’m Ashton, the founder of Prima Stays, a boutique short-let management company looking after a select collection of homes across Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and the Cotswolds. Our philosophy is simple: effortless ownership for the landlord, and exceptional stays for every guest, whether they’re here for business or leisure.
Prima Stays is family-run. I work alongside my mum, and as landlords ourselves with our own portfolios, we understand exactly what owners care about, because we live it too. We help landlords step away from the headaches of long lets, regain control over their properties, and often generate 50%+ more monthly income than a traditional tenancy, all while staying genuinely hands-off.

We keep our portfolio deliberately small so every home gets proper attention rather than being lost in a spreadsheet of hundreds, and transparent reporting means you always know how your property is performing.
