Sarah Evans is a Values Specialist and the founder of The Values Fingerprint®, helping leaders and founders find relief from self-doubt – at home and in business – by turning their unique values into clear decisions, confident leadership and an aligned team.

Why values? Well, if you placed your thumb on a piece of glass, you’d leave a mark. You wouldn’t have to try – your fingerprint would just appear. Your values work in exactly the same way. You leave them on everything – your decisions, your leadership, your relationships. Together, they form what I call your unique Values Fingerprint®. When you know it, everything becomes clearer – because you finally have a map for the decisions you’re making – and why.

With 25+ years in storytelling (including the BBC and higher education), Sarah combines narrative psychology, emotional neuroscience, and accredited coaching to help you connect WHO you are, to HOW you lead, to WHAT you build next. Through her own experience of trying to lead a team in a toxic environment, Sarah came to understand the importance of knowing your values and being able to use them to make the changes you need. As a result, the framework she created is practical, human, and immediately usable.

The leaders she works with are typically building something new or running small teams in places where the work is personal – mission-led businesses or organisations with a greater purpose. Their values matter – and they want them embedded into how they actually operate day-to-day (not just have the posters on a wall).

Sarah also works on a 1:1 basis with individuals who are experiencing – or recovering from – a toxic environment and need a more trauma-informed approach to coaching.

Based in Worcester and online, Sarah offers coaching, workshops and courses to both individuals and teams. She is also the host of a new podcast that combines powerful values insights with your favourite film choices – you can check out Flip The Script on her website.
