From Posting and Hoping, to Winning Her Biggest Client
Posting and Hoping to Winning Her Biggest Client
By Esther Partridge-Warner, Online Media Works
When Grace Price of Silver Lining Social first came to me, she was already putting the work in on LinkedIn. Her profile was tidy, she was engaging with others, and she was posting regularly. The problem was that none of it was sparkling brightly enough to attract enquiries.
Here is the thing about LinkedIn. Your profile is a disco ball, and every section is a mirrored tile. When even a few tiles are dull, the whole ball stops catching the light. Grace’s tiles were in place, but they needed polishing so her ideal clients could actually see her shine.
On my Zero to Hero LinkedIn Training Day, we polished every tile together. Her positioning, her services, her experience, her content strategy, and the way she searches for and engages with the right people. Each one became brighter and more intentional.
The light started bouncing almost immediately. Two enquiries through LinkedIn since the training, one of which became her biggest client to date. A second strong lead from a business wanting ongoing marketing support. Posts going out two to three times a week, with real purpose behind them. Profile views climbing.
In Grace’s words, “The training day took things to the next level. You leave with things you can implement straight away.”
If your LinkedIn presence feels a little dim and you would love to find out which tiles need polishing, book a virtual cuppa with me here: https://scheduler.zoom.us/esther-partridge-warner/catchup
