Blending contemporary techniques with traditional British culinary heritage, Wildlings offers a distinctive interpretation of classic flavours, thoughtfully reimagined with a local influence.

Signature dishes may include salt cod croquette with gooseberry and chives, choux buns with mushroom duxelle and Tunworth custard, and Hawkstone cider–braised pork cheek served with sage polenta, burnt apple, and crispy pig’s ear.
