Hi, I’m Abigail, founder of Athena Evolve.
I help businesses develop confident managers, stronger leaders and high-performing teams through CPD-accredited management training, coaching and train-the-trainer programmes. My coaching-led approach doesn’t just address today’s challenges, it builds the skills, confidence and behaviours that create lasting change and support sustainable business growth.
With over 30 years’ experience spanning the military, education and corporate sectors, and a background in Psychology, coaching and behavioural development, I believe that investing in people is one of the most powerful ways to improve performance, engagement and long-term success.
Every organisation is different, so I offer flexible delivery, whether that’s workshops, one-to-one coaching, bite-sized learning or longer development programmes, designed to fit around your business, not the other way around.
A little about me… until recently my husband and I lived aboard a widebeam canal boat that we designed and built ourselves! After six wonderful years on the water, we’ve swapped life on the water for Cirencester and are excited to begin our next adventure.
