I’m Dave Kelsey, a Digital Transformation consultant with over 15 years of experience helping businesses understand what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do about it. My background spans product management and transformation leadership across Edtech, Fintech, Cyber and Insurance from start-ups to large corporates.
I work with Clear View Consulting, helping leadership teams identify operational friction and inefficiencies that slow their businesses. We give organisations a clear, honest picture of where they are today and a practical roadmap for where they need to get to. We do this through a structured Assessment, Definition, and Implementation framework, where we work to understand root-cause issues and develop and implement a roadmap of change aligned with your business goals.
