Alison has worked in the corporate world and run her own businesses for 35 years.
From corporate communication through chiropractic into mindfulness, her focus has always been on making a difference, easing stress, and creating change.
In her current work she focuses on how businesses can introduce mindfulness skills that are science-based, and practical-to-apply in the workplace. Skills aimed at reducing stress, improving communication and leadership, fostering resilience and creativity.
She also works with individuals and groups on how to bring mindfulness to bear on reducing chronic pain. Changing habitual mind and and body reactions to alter sensitivity in the nervous system, giving the tools of change into the hands of the people who need them.
The overall aim is to empower people to respond flexibly and skillfully, and to live well regardless of life’s inevitable challenges.ough chiropractic into mindfulness, her focus has always been on making a difference, easing stress, and creating change.
