All of the food is sourced first hand. And so is organic, seasonal, sustainable and where possible, British. It is always prepared at the event and so is incredibly fresh.
We serve on an eclectic collection of plates from around the world, making sure the food and the event appear both striking and tasteful. We are inspired and excited by travel, and so our recipes are developed by us and the places that bring us joy.
Although we can cater for larger numbers we maintain the personal touch at all levels.
