Victoria Allman Lettings was launched by Victoria and Martin Allman in May 2025 to bring a fresh approach to residential lettings and property management in the South Cotswolds.
We wanted to create an agency that really focused on doing the business of lettings exceptionally well, providing landlords and their tenants with a level of service that you simply can’t find anywhere else.
Our approach is founded on building strong and enduring relationships through our honest, personal approach. By really getting to know our landlords and their properties, we can provide the right service solutions that are tailored to suit their individual needs, whether for a single property or extensive portfolio.
Victoria brings over 18 years of experience in the rental market having run high-performing agencies in south west London and the Cotswolds. Martin has over 20 years’ experience in developing start-up and scale-up businesses in cleantech.
We are working to secure our position as the leading agency in the South Cotswolds, with big ambitions to expand into new areas, as well as develop our offer into new markets including short-term and holiday lets.
